To start your registration as a job seeker on Talent Pool, navigate to the homepage. Look for the section titled 'Create your account!' This section is located prominently near the middle of the page, right above the job search bar. In this section, you will see three buttons: 'Job Seeker', 'Job Provider', and 'Associates'. The 'Job Seeker' button is positioned on the left side of this group. It is specifically designed for individuals who are looking for job opportunities. Click on the 'Job Seeker' button to initiate your registration process. This will guide you through a simple and user-friendly setup to create your account and unlock access to job opportunities and one-click applications. Go to the Homepage: Click on the 'Job Seekers' button under the 'Create Your Account!' section. Navigate to the Sign-Up Page: Once you click the 'Job Seekers' button, you will be redirected to another page. On this new page, find and click the 'Sign Up for Free' button. Enter Your Details: You will be taken to another page where you can fill in the required information: Full Name, Register By Email ID OR By Phone Number, Password, Confirm Password, and agree to the Terms And Conditions. Create Your Account: Click on the 'Create Account' button after entering your details. Verify Your Email: You will be redirected to a page where you need to enter a verification code sent to your registered email address. Complete Registration: Enter the verification code to finalize your account creation process. Login and Set Up Your Profile: After verification, you can log in to the system and begin setting up your profile. After creating your account and signing in, you will be directed to a page where you can begin setting up your profile. For Job Seekers Selecting General Uploading: Select the industry, job category, and job title. Choose your employment level from the dropdown menu. Upload your resume in PDF format (under 2MB). These notifications are designed to guide you in improving your profile and ensuring it meets the standards required to attract potential employers. Notifications will be sent to you in multiple formats: pop-up notifications within the platform, email alerts, WhatsApp messages (if linked), and SMS notifications. Your profile is evaluated across four main categories: Expertise (20 Points), Productivity (10 Points), HSE (10 Points), and Behavior (10 Points). Expertise focuses on your educational background, work experience, technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability. Productivity considers extra certifications, use of professional software, time management skills, communication abilities, and commitment to meeting deadlines. HSE evaluates your knowledge of workplace safety, emergency procedures, and safe practices. Behavior assesses professional references, conduct certifications, social media presence, personality test results, and online interview responses. Submitting a complete CV ensures that you’re accurately represented in our database, making it much easier for employers to understand your skills, experience, and potential fit for open roles. Our partner companies rely on this information to quickly identify suitable candidates for positions, so a complete profile gives you a stronger chance of being selected. A job seeker can select from 9 experience levels when applying for a job position: Fresher, Junior, Mid Level, Senior, Expert, Supervisor, Manager, General Manager, and Director. Include certifications for your qualifications and those that match the job you are applying for. Highlight any additional industry-specific certifications to demonstrate your knowledge and skill set. You can include extra certifications, knowledge of relevant software/tools, time management or project management courses, language proficiency, and examples of meeting deadlines in previous roles. HSE knowledge demonstrates your awareness of safety protocols, regulations, and best practices in various work environments, which is a critical factor for many employers, especially in industries like construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and offshore work. Yes, some employers may look for specific HSE certifications depending on the job role. Providing information about your HSE certifications can improve your profile's rating and increase your chances of being selected. Your behavior score is based on professional references, good conduct certificates, social media presence, personality test results, and responses to behavior interview questions. Yes, uploading a Good Conduct Certificate, especially from a governmental institute, can improve your behavior score and show employers your trustworthiness. A professional and positive social media presence can enhance your behavior score. Ensure that your profiles reflect professional conduct and align with your job-seeking goals. Steps to Qualify for the Talent Pool: 1. New: The candidate submits their application by providing personal details and uploading their CV. 2. AI Scanned: If the candidate’s profile is at least 60% complete, they will proceed to the AI Scanning Stage. 3. Recruiter Review: A recruiter manually reviews the application. 4. Phone Screening: The candidate participates in a phone interview. 5. Scheduled Interview: A formal interview is scheduled with recruiters or hiring managers. 6. Technical Interview: Candidates undergo a technical assessment or interview. 7. Management Interview: A final round of interviews with senior management. 8. Talent Pool: Once all steps are completed successfully, the candidate fully qualifies for the Talent Pool. Once you upload your CV, it will be reviewed, and you will receive a ranking score out of 50. If your profile is at least 60 percent completed, you will have the following options: Proceed to the Next Level or Redo Your CV. Clicking the 'Proceed to the Next Level' button will advance you to the next stage of the recruitment process, called Recruiter Review. In this stage, your CV will be reviewed by a recruiter for further assessment. If you choose to redo your CV, you will be presented with the following options: Edit Your CV, Rate My CV for My Position, or Delete Your Uploaded CV and Start Over Again. No, once you click 'Proceed to the Next Level,' you cannot return to edit or redo your CV. Ensure you are satisfied with your score before moving forward.
